Come celebrate 75 years of great skiing and riding as Loveland hosts a 75th Anniversary Party on January 12th, 2013!
Morning Warm Up – Warm up the morning of January 12th with free hot chocolate and
coffee from 7:30am - 10:00am outside the ticket office.

Season Pass Holder Appreciation Lunch - On Saturday, January 12, 2013, Loveland Food
& Beverage will host a free BBQ in the newly renovated Ptarmigan
Roost Cabin at the top of Chair 2 from 11:30am – 1:30pm for all
2012-2013 pass holders. Season pass holders must pick up a lunch voucher
in the ticket office in order to receive the free lunch.
Birthday Cake - Free birthday cake will be served in the Basin Cafeteria from 11:30am – 1:30pm on Saturday, January 12, 2013.
Apres Party with Live Music - On Saturday, January 12,
2013 at 2:00pm, the Rathskeller Bar at Loveland Basin will feature live
music and drink specials for all that want to relax after a great day of
skiing or riding.
Tommyknocker 75th Anniversary Beer Special - Sample Tommyknocker's Pine
Bough Pale Ale and pick up your collectable 75th Anniversary co-branded
pint glass on Saturday and Sunday. This special brew from our good
friends at Tommyknocker Brewery was inspired by and made to commemorate
our 75th Anniversary. Learn more about this session-able pale ale from
the Tommyknocker Brewmaster who crafted this unique beer with pine
needles handpicked from the slopes of Loveland Ski Area.
75th Anniversary Custom Ski Giveaway - The fine folks at Icelantic
created custom skis to commemorate our 75th Anniversary season and we

| NSAA Safety Week |
National Safety Awareness Week is an annual event highlighting resort safety education efforts while increasing slope safety. The National Forest Service joins us to kick off Safety Week on Saturday, January 19th with the Junior Snow Ranger Program and Woodsy the Owl. Join us for some kid friendly snow saftey education with some help from the Loveland Ski Patrol and earn your Junior Snow Ranger Badge. There is no cost to participate, just keep your eyes peeeled for the Forest Service booth set up at the base of the Basin. Ski Patrol demonstration times will be at 10am and 1pm. Join us for Ski Patrol demos, sun safety tips, terrain park safety, and helmet information.

| Ski With a Ranger Day |
The US Forest Service and Loveland Ski Area team up to host Loveland's first ever Ski with a Ranger Day! Join a Forest Service Snow Ranger for a fun, free, and easy run centered around the relationships between Loveland and the land we all enjoy so much. Topics include glacial geology, winter ecology, local history, and partnerships and are suited for all ages (recommended for ages 8+). Simply meet at Ptarmigan Roost Cabin at the top of Chair 2 at either 10:30am or 1:30pm for a run with the Snow Ranger (plan to get there 15 minutes early.
The Ski With a Ranger Program will be taking place once a month until the end of the season. Other Ski With a Ranger Dates include February 23rd, March 30th, and April 27th. Make plans to join us and learn more about the great world in which we live!
