Everyone knows taking stellar pictures at Loveland is easy with our deep snow, beautiful scenery and talented skiers.  But now is the chance to show off all your best pictures and even have a chance to win prizes for your submissions.  This season, keep your digital cameras close at hand because you never know when you'll capture an award winning shot.

Contest rules, terms and conditions

Subject Matter
Photos can include any subject matter and can be submitted in one of the following three categories: action, people, or nature. All submitted photographs must be taken at Loveland Ski Area during the 2008 – 2009 ski season.

Eligibility
This contest is open to all amateur photographers including LSA employees*. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian. By clicking the 'continue' link below, you are agreeing that you have parental consent.  Participants must agree to all terms and conditions and fully complete the submission information to be eligible.  All photographs must be previously unpublished and solely created by the submitting entrant. Photos that have been published in any form prior to submission, or deemed inappropriate by LSA staff will by ineligible. Any picture created or edited by computer or other devise will be disqualified.

Submitting Photos
All photographs must be in a standard digital format (*.JPG, GIF, BMP, TIF ect..) and submitted on-line via www.skiloveland.com during the 2008 – 2009 ski season. All photographs must be at minimum 480 x 640 with a minimum resolution of 300dpi.  Highest possible quality is preferred.  All entrants must complete the entire entry form and sign-off on the release. Incomplete, illegible or inaccurate information will not be considered. Only one photograph can be submitted per entry. LSA reserves the right to not accept an entry as it sees fit.  Photos that don’t meet the minimum requirements, are blurred, or deemed unusable due to poor image quality will not be accepted.

Use of Photos
All entries will become the property of Loveland Ski Area and will not be returned. Contestants grant Loveland Ski Area and contest sponsors unlimited usage and unrestricted rights of any photograph submitted to the contest. Any submitted photograph may be used in products, promotional materials, or in any manner Loveland sees fit.

Judging
Photos will be judged by the Loveland Ski Area Photo Contest staff.  The overall winner and category winners will be selected and notified at the end of the season.  The overall winner will not be eligible for category winnings.
